I started in the fitness industry over 20 years ago as a group exercise instructor. I began teaching Yoga 15 years ago and became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2011. I have several certifications including Behavior Change Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Mat Pilates, Fitness Nutrition, Parkour for Seniors Coaching Specialist, and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach. My work with clients (40 to 85 years of age) focuses on strength training, functional mobility, stress management, and creating and maintaining healthy habits.
