Dark Horse Nutrition is the leading emotional eating specialist who is passionate about helping individuals break free from the emotional eating prison once and for all... regain their control over food!

It was founded by author, educator, and speaker, Nicole Malone, who has been exactly where you are today. Nicole struggled most of her life with trauma-based emotional eating and through years of trial and error and formal education, she found the formula that helped her break free and she now applies that to help her clients find their food freedom.

We help women over 40 who feel stuck and frustrated from all of the yo-yo dieting. They’ve found that food is in complete control of their lives! No one has to live that way and we are here to show you how to regain control over food and break free from the emotional eating prison once and for all!
