Speaker: Rico Fleshman, Executive Director, Keep Prince William Beautiful


Rico Fleshman was appointed Executive Director of Keep Prince William Beautiful in September of 2021. Rico has a rich professional history in business development and serving non-profit organizations and has worked on programs to establish employment for persons with disabilities and work on congestion mitigation, environmental and air quality improvement programs. He is currently a Community Scientist working with Prince William Soil and Water Conservation group to monitor waterways in Prince William County. His lifelong love of nature, camping, and hiking fuels his passion for environmental education and advocacy.
