The DITS Council works to make Prince William an epicenter of technology and security by engaging, enabling, and empowering our businesses.

Join us as we examine today's workforce landscape, including ongoing workforce shortages, the growing skills gap, emerging technology careers, and strategies for strengthening workforce readiness. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how businesses, educators, and community partners can work together to prepare current and future talent for long-term success.

Discussion topics include:

  • Addressing critical skills gaps
  • Emerging careers in technology and innovation
  • Preparing the workforce for future industry demands
