This council works to make Prince William an epicenter of technology and security by engaging, enabling, and empowering our businesses.


Join us for an insightful presentation from Clarence E. Johnson, Jr., Associate Director of Skilled Trades and Transportation Programs at Northern Virginia Community College, on powering regional growth through skilled trades. 


About Clarence: 

Clarence E. Johnson, Jr. is the Associate Director of Skilled Trades and Transportation Programs at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA Workforce), where he leads industry-aligned workforce initiatives supporting data centers, power distribution, transportation, and skilled trades. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across military service, federal contracting, and public transportation, he specializes in building talent pipelines that strengthen regional infrastructure and economic growth. Clarence is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management with a concentration in Project Management.
