     Alfranda “Al” Durr is the CEO and President of ALD & Associates LLC, a leading human capital advisory group that focuses on leadership development, organizational improvement, and workforce solutions.      A retired Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of service in the Army National Guard, Al has substantial experience in management, human resources, and leadership development across public and private sectors.
