The Retail Council connects local retailers to share ideas, address industry challenges, and promote shopping local. Through collaboration, advocacy, and networking, the Council supports the growth and visibility of retail businesses across Prince William County.

Manassas Mall
     Alan Fortine is the General Manager of Manassas Mall. Since 2018 he's worked to bring new and innovative concepts to Manassas Mall. Valuing relationships and building trust with local community is a priority for him. Originally from Kingston, New York he's worked for various different the fields such as retail management and accounting.  


Brandi Norrell

Studio Luxe Boutique

Studio Luxe Boutique cultivates confidence, strengthens community, and sparks collaboration through the use of clothing. 

     Norrell opened her first Studio Luxe boutique in Warrenton in 2019 and celebrated the opening of her second Studio Luxe location in Manassas in 2024. Located at 9101 Center Street, the Manassas boutique occupies a former alley transformed into an inviting 400-square-foot retail space. 

     The boutique quickly made an impression, earning the “Spirit of Prince William” Award in the annual Prince William Times Readers’ Choice Awards. This honor recognizes individuals who best embody the spirit of Prince William County.

In addition, Studio Luxe in the City received four more accolades:

  • Best New Business
  • Best Local Clothing Store
  • Best Gift Store
  • Friendliest Reception or Front Office Person
