About
Dee is the founder and CEO of Dee Allen Consulting N Coaching LLC, a recognized leadership expert with over 30 years of experience. She is also a U.S. Navy veteran who retired as a Command Master Chief after serving 33 years. At the time of her retirement from service, she was the most senior enlisted female serving in the Navy. She worked in numerous executive-level positions and coached many of the Navy’s top leaders.
Dee has extensive expertise in developing executive talent and leading teams in defining concrete goals, optimizing performance, and providing accountability. She uses her experience to help others find the right balance and fulfillment. Her coaching sessions are designed to deliver impact and measurable results specific to your chosen goals.
