Virginia Chamber of Commerce:

The day will begin with the Secretary Welcome Reception at the Richmond Chamber of Commerce (919 East Main Street Suite 1700 Richmond, VA 23219) from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. There will be a break in between the Secretary Welcome Reception and the Legislative Reception.

The Tobacco Company:

The evening Legislative Reception has been moved from the Graduate Richmond Hotel to The Tobacco Company (1201 E Cary Street, Richmond, VA 23219) from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM.

Graduate Richmond Hotel: 

A room block has been secured for this event at the Graduate Richmond Hotel, located at 301 W. Franklin Street, Richmond, VA 23220. The Graduate Richmond Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the evening reception location. 

** The room block is secured until January 23rd, 2026. **

Parking for Hotel Stay: 

Overnight parking is available for $37. Event-only valet parking is $20. Please note that Graduate Richmond Hotel does not offer self-parking; however, guests attending the event may use metered street parking or nearby parking facilities.
