Director of Virginia Government Affairs Data Center Coalition
Nicole Riley serves as Director of Virginia Government Affairs for the Data Center Coalition (DCC), the member association serving as the voice of the data center industry. She is a seasoned government relations professional who recently represented clients before the Virginia General Assembly and executive branch in various industries as President of Blue Ridge Public Affairs. She also advised clients on advocacy activities, including policy development, grassroots engagement, coalition building, and political activities.
Nicole has over twenty-five years of experience in government relations across both private and public sectors. Before starting her own firm, she worked at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) and served as Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Trade, where she led policy development and advocacy efforts for funding critical economic development projects and programs.

The Honorable Kenny A. Boddye
Supervisor Boddye has long recognized the government as a power for positive change: His involvement in civics began with serving as an Election Day volunteer as a teen. He went on to earn a B.A. in Political Science at Georgetown University while dedicating himself to advocacy for causes such as criminal justice reform, healthcare, climate action, and mental health. These issues remain a priority.
As Supervisor, Kenny ensures that Prince William residents are represented in regional decisions, through involvement in organizations such as: PRTC/OmniRide, Northern Virginia Regional Commission, and Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG), where he serves on committees focused on protecting the Chesapeake Bay, improving air quality, promoting agriculture, and combating food insecurity. He also promotes government transparency and sound financial management as a member of the County’s Audit Committee and Joint Audit Committee with PWC.
