       Tempo by Hilton Manassas is a modern lifestyle hotel developed through a collaboration between Hilton, Holladay Hospitality and Villagio Hospitality Group. Set to open towards the end of 2025, the property will feature 92 guest rooms across several tiers. Complemented by an open lobby concept that blends social, work, and relaxation zones. On site you’ll find a full‑service restaurant, a lobby bar, and a hidden speakeasy for more intimate evenings.

       Tempo will also offer two meeting rooms totaling about 1,008 sq ft (largest 672 sq ft). We’re eager to welcome guests and deliver a warm, contemporary hospitality experience.

       Ken Moorman is the visionary founder of Jirani Coffeehouse, a vibrant hub for culture, creativity, and community in Manassas, Virginia. Known for blending entrepreneurial grit with an unwavering commitment to connection, Ken has built Jirani into more than a coffee shop—it’s a launchpad for dreams. In 2026, he will expand his legacy with the opening of a second Jirani Coffeehouse in Manassas Park, further extending his mission of creating spaces where community and business thrive together. 


       Ken’s journey reflects resilience, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership. Having navigated challenges and transformed personal grief into motivation, he offers a powerful message on how adversity can fuel creativity, growth, and sustainable impact. As a speaker, Ken inspires audiences with his dynamic storytelling, practical insights, and authentic passion for building businesses that serve both people and purpose.
