About Shana:
With over two decades of procurement experience, Shana currently serve as the Chief Procurement Officer and Director of the Office of Procurement Services for Prince William County Government, overseeing countywide procurement activities. Her role fosters compliance, collaboration, and strategic planning to streamline complex procurement processes, alignment with the organization's mission to deliver value-driven solutions. Shana bring an unwavering commitment to transparency, innovation, and empowering diverse perspectives to address stakeholders' needs effectively.
Shana, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Acquisition and Contract Management and several professional certifications: Certified Public Manager, Certified Public Procurement Officer, Certified Professional Public Buyer, Certified Federal Contract Manager, Virginia Construction Contracting Officer, and Virginia Contracting Officer.
