Niisha Gordon

Strategic Account Manager
Connections Health Solutions


     Niisha Gordon is the Strategic Account Manager at Connections Health Solutions, where she leads community engagement and partnership development across Prince William County. With a strong background in behavioral health and crisis services, Niisha is passionate about building collaborative systems that support individuals in moments of need. She brings a wealth of experience working with law enforcement, hospitals, and community service boards to ensure seamless access to care through the Crisis Receiving Center. Niisha is a dedicated advocate for mental health and community wellness.


 Heather Baxter

Behavioral Health Program Manager
PWC Community Services

     Heather Baxter is the Behavioral Health Program Manager for Emergency Services with PWC Community Services. She manages operations for discharge planning, emergency services, community response, mandatory outpatient treatment, crisis assessment center and commitment hearing processes. Heather is the lead in Prince William County for the roll out of the Marcus Alert initiative and the development of the crisis response system.  

     Heather is a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience managing crisis treatment programs. She is a crisis intervention team trainer and serves an active role in training law enforcement within Greater Prince William County.
