The MVFI seeks to give back to those who give to our nation by helping service members, veterans, and their families at George Mason and in the broader National Capital Region through education, direct services, workforce development, and research.
As the Director of Development for University Priorities at George Mason University, Jeff is part of a team of professionals responsible for securing transformative funding and resources for strategic initiatives that enhance the university's mission and impact. He will be accompanied by Dan Dunham, Commissioner Designee Virginia Department of Education

Community Resource Officer: Prevention & Engagement Coordinator
Master Police Officer T.J. Rodriquez proudly served seven years in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant before his honorable discharge in 1998. For the past 27 years, he has dedicated his career to the City of Manassas Police Department, serving in a wide range of roles across all police divisions, including several specialized assignments.
In his current role as the Department’s Community Resource Officer: Prevention & Engagement Coordinator, Officer Rodriquez leads innovative outreach initiatives that strengthen youth and family engagement.
