        Talya Conroy is the Chief Executive Officer for ARTFactory. In her role, she engages in a wide range of work that combines strategic planning, fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement. She also oversees day-to-day operations, guide long-term organizational vision, and ensure that their programs remain artistically vibrant, financially sustainable, and community-centered.
