Día de los Muertos Fiesta Fundraiser

Join Casa BruMar Foundation on November 1, from 6-9pm, at Sweeney Barn in Manassas! We will celebrate and educate about the meaning and history of Día de los Muertos. You may bring photos of loved ones who have passed so we can place them on an ofrenda. There will be Mexican food and music, and you can decorate your very own sugar skull. Executive Director Evelyn BruMar will teach you how to use your sugar skull as an ingredient in traditional drinks such as Agua de Jamaica and Horchata. Every ticket comes with a Lotería board for a chance to win a prize. There will also be items available in a silent auction. Food by Sugar Skull Salsa and Hector's of Nokesville. Banda Quimbao will provide the music. Tickets increase in price closer to the date: Loving Life Tickets - $55.00 until 11:30pm on 13 October. Escaping Death Tickets - $75 from 14 October until 11:30pm on 27 October. Beyond the Grave Tickets - $100 from 28 October up until the event on 1 November, and at the door.
