October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Join Warrior & Her Truth for our Domestic Violence Awareness Month Brunch on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 12–3 p.m. at American Legion Post 364 in Woodbridge, Virginia.
Our theme, “With Survivors, Always,” is a reminder that no one should have to face abuse alone. This brunch is an opportunity to come together, honor survivors, and show our support for anyone affected by domestic violence. Both men and women can experience abuse, and everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported.
Enjoy brunch, guest speakers, door prizes, and meaningful time together. We invite you to bring clothing, hygiene products, or a cash donation for a local shelter. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a door prize ticket for your donation.
Tickets are $45 per person, with proceeds supporting Warrior & Her Truth’s programs for women veterans.
