John Schwartz, Founder and President

Center For Combating Elder Financial Abuse


John Schwartz is a retired FBI Special Agent with 24 years of investigative experience. He also served in the U.S. Army for nine years after graduating from West Point in 1986. John founded the Center for Combating Elder Financial Abuse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, on February 8, 2021. The Center is based in Haymarket, VA and helps educate and protect our nation’s 58 million elders. The mission of the Center is as follows: Lead the way in protecting the elderly and their families from predators who commit elder financial abuse. 

The Center provides education on how to detect financial predators that target, groom, and take control of vulnerable elders for finance exploitation. The Center has worked with, or given presentations to: AARP - Virginia; National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); Rotary International; Pennsylvania American Legion; Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs; American Society of Criminology; Association of Certified Fr Examiners; and West Chester University Criminal Justice Program

Wisdom Meets Technology Project


Corliss Udoema, an innovative and results-oriented entrepreneur, philanthropist, evangelist, author, and international motivational speaker. She is a lifelong community worker who has been recognized for her charitable contributions, devotion to improving the lives of others, and commitment to fostering spiritual growth for those in need.

As the President and Founder of Agape Love in Action, Inc. (ALIA), a 501c (3) non-profit organization that spreads the love of God by helping those in need, she is simultaneously the CEO/Founder of Contract Solutions, Inc. (CSI). CSI is a professional staffing and management support services firm that supports federal, state, and local government clients. 

ALIA engages in many notable projects, including Wisdom Meets Technology. The Wisdom Meets Technology project provides technology training classes specifically designed for senior citizens with limited to no computer experience and gives away free computers! In intimate class sizes, more than 2,000 senior citizens have graduated with skills such as the ability to navigate the internet, communicate through email, and operate Microsoft Word.
