Description

The DITS Council works to make Prince William an epicenter of technology and security by engaging, enabling, and empowering our businesses.

Data centers continue to play a significant role in driving innovation, economic development, and technological advancement across our region. Join our Data Center, IT & Security Council for a timely discussion on the opportunities and challenges associated with data center growth and its impact on businesses, residents, and the local economy.

This council meeting will explore the balance between supporting regional growth and addressing community priorities. Attendees will hear perspectives on the economic benefits of data center investment, increasing energy demands, sustainability initiatives, and what future growth could mean for our region.

Discussion topics include:

  • Community concerns surrounding data center development
  • Economic development benefits and regional investment
  • Energy demand and sustainability considerations
  • Future regional growth and planning
