A former special education teacher and administrator turned national education leader, Joan has dedicated her career to translating research into practice and helping leaders implement evidence-based approaches at scale. Her expertise spans organizational learning, leadership development, systems transformation, and workforce readiness.
As the founder of EDtelligence, Joan works with school districts, public agencies, nonprofits, and private-sector organizations to navigate the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.
