Education & Workforce Committee Meeting 

Manassas Battlefield Trust (MBT) is the official philanthropic partner of the Manassas National Battlefield Park. MBT is affiliated with the American Battlefield Trust, a national non-profit that has preserved over 57,000 acres of battlefield land in 25 states. Since 2013, MBT has supported the park’s preservation, educational initiatives, and community programs, ensuring it remains a valuable resource in the region. Recently, the Trust secured funding for major projects to engage more closely with local organizations to strengthen connections, enhance their programming, and better serve the park and its visitors.

Reid Clark will speak about their internship program, as well as other ways to engage in their education, recreation, and conservation initiatives.
