Speaker: Jack Sours, Churchill Downs Head of VA Operations

Jack Sours is a senior executive with over 23 years of experience leading a full spectrum of business operations within the racing and gaming industries. Prior to coming to Virginia, Jack worked for casino and horse racing operations in Presque Isle Downs Pennsylvania, Oxford Maine, Mountaineer Park West Virginia, Isle of Capri Missouri, Isle of Capri Mississippi and Isle of Capri Colorado. Jack has led new casino development, operational improvement of deteriorating operations, critical legislative efforts, and large project financing. Also, Jack has an extensive history of volunteering in the community, having served on the board of Stephens Memorial Hospital, Chamber of Commerce and is the recipient of the Rotarian Paul Harris Fellow award for community involvement.

The goal of this invitation only forum is to bring together top executives from the Prince William Region to hear from prominent speakers who address critical issues, resulting in an ongoing dialog which identifies solutions to the issues that impact our businesses and community.
