Community Business Partnerships, locally known as "the CBP," is Northern Virginia's premier provider of direct financing opportunities and support services geared toward small businesses.

          Karlene Sinclair-Robinson is a business and financing strategist, entrepreneurial coach, and instructor with over 20 years’ experience in the areas of capital acquisition and strategies, business development, planning, strategic solutions, human resources, customer relations, financial management, loan underwriting, credit analysis, small business financing, grant writing, portfolio management, and more. 

VSBFA offers programs to provide businesses, not-for-profits, and economic development authorities with the financing needed for economic growth and expansion throughout the Commonwealth. 

         Don Jacubec is the Regional Lending Manager (RLM) with the VSBFA, representing Northern VA and a portion of the Shenandoah. As an RLM, he has assisted small business owners with their capital requirements for expansion, new equipment or other purposes with a direct loan.

                Executive Director, Arnold Blackmon is a 30-year financial services veteran. He has held direct sales, as well as executive management positions in banking throughout the Commonwealth.
