Topic: How to do Business with the VA

We are pleased to present this week's presenter, Norman N. Sealy, Deputy Director (DAP) Direct Access Program Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). 

Norman Sealy is currently a program manager in the Strategic Outreach and Communications Directorate of OSDBU, with extensive experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Before joining OSDBU, he held leadership roles in VA operations and administration, specializing in support for senior leadership and outreach with Veteran Service Organizations. Norman’s 23-year military career included key operational and first sergeant roles across the U.S. Air Force, including tours in Southeast Asia and service in the Gulf War.
