and Erica Wickline, Manager, Community Health & Prevention, Sentara Healthcare 

Erica Wickline is the Community Health Manager at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center. She has been with Sentara for about eight years; first at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg and now in Northern Virginia as the Community Health Manager for 7 months. Throughout her time with Sentara, she has worked with community health outreach including coalition building for underage substance use, tobacco and obesity prevention, injury prevention, and early childhood development. One of her favorite projects was community organizing with over 20 organizations to voice their support for a tobacco free university campus initiative. She has a passion for evening the playing field for disadvantaged community members. On a personal note, she loves watching birds and creating collages.
