  Liletta 'Leeta' Harlem

Letta Harlem is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate dedicated to creating impactful opportunities for individuals and communities. As the President of My Natural Me, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women and girls, and the Dementia Caregivers Support Program, she tirelessly works to uplift and support those in need.

Her extensive leadership portfolio includes serving as the President of the DMV Business Crossing Network, where she fosters innovation and collaboration among professionals, and leading initiatives such as the Harlem Marketplace, offering resources for personal and professional growth.

Retta Young

Retta Young is an owner of Assisted Living Locators of Northern Virginia, which provides no-cost senior living placement and referral services for seniors. With a master's degree in urban policy and public administration and a bachelor's degree in mass communication, Retta transitioned from managing multi-million-dollar contracts in the federal government to helping families navigate the complexities of senior care. 

Her expertise includes providing housing in assisted living, memory care, and independent living. Passionate about serving her community, she also focuses on supporting retired veterans and seniors in finding the best care solutions tailored to their needs.
