Samuel A. Mancilla, Supervisory ADR Coordinator at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mediation program. Prior to returning to the EEOC, he served as the National ADR Program Manager at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Mr. Mancilla is an experienced and dedicated advocate with a strong foundation in the theory and practice of mediation. Mr. Mancilla holds a graduate degree in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law and in Legal Studies (Employment Law) from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
Monica Colugna, Outreach and Education Coordinator at Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
She first joined the EEOC in 2007 at the San Francisco District Office. From there she worked as a Bilingual Spanish Investigator for the San Jose local office. In that capacity she worked on cases of discrimination, she successful found cause and on others was also able to reach settlements with both parties.
During her time as Investigator she conducted outreach work with the local consulate, farm worker companies as well as with labor rights communities. Monica was promoted to Enforcement Supervisor at the Washington Field Office (WFO). Last year she became WFO’s Outreach and Education Coordinator (OEC).
Her current line of work encompasses years at the EEOC which bring together knowledge of the EEOC role and authority in workplace discrimination as well as its mission to educate as a means of discrimination prevention and employee advocacy. As an OEC Monica works in the community conducting training to various companies and community agencies. She also collaborates with both employer and employment groups to build strong partnerships.
Jeffery Faulkerson, Fatherhood Engagement Coordinator with the Prince William County Department of Social Services
He is responsible for coordinating services offered through the Prince William County Fatherhood Initiative (PWCFI), which includes educational workshops and community forums, support groups and special events that celebrate fatherhood and encourage fathers to be more involved, responsible and committed parents.
Prior to being named Fatherhood Engagement Coordinator, Jeffery most recently served as a caseworker with Prince William County Child Protective Services, where he investigated allegations of child abuse and neglect. He has also served as a Staff Analyst/Program Officer with First 5 San Bernardino, a grant maker in San Bernardino, CA, and Program Director with Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc.'s Bruce Wells Scholars TRIO Upward Bound Program (Worcester, MA), a federally funded college preparatory program for low-income, first-generation (to attend college) and disabled students.
Jeffery is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Social Work and Master's of Science degree in Social Work Management and Community Practice. He also holds a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management & Leadership from George Mason University.
