Mission: To promote the physical, emotional, and professional well-being of men in our business and local community by providing access to wellness education, resources, and support.

Vision: Through education, outreach, and supportive programs, we aim to foster a culture of health, resilience, and open dialogue around men’s wellness

          Commissioner Zingler is a seasoned leader within the Defense, Intelligence and National Security communities from within the Federal Government and Private Industry. Chuck proudly served for nearly 30 years in the U.S Navy, including leadership positions afloat, ashore, overseas and in conflicts on three continents. 

          He has led and operated with personnel and organizations that include units from all of our Armed Forces and many agencies from our Intelligence and National Security community. He has served in key positions within the Navy, Combatant Commanders in Europe and the Middle East/Southwest Asia, the Joint Chief of Staff (JCS), Department of Defense, and in the White House. His proudest memories are serving alongside Sailors, Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen and dedicated civilian service professionals in support of our Nation.

         Chuck and his wife Gaye have their home in Fairfax County, Virginia and have two grown children, Ashley and Patrick (PJ). He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, holds a master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence, and served as a National Security Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

                                                                               Statewide Substance Use Disorder Manager

        

        Allen Stewart, M.A., M.S.W. is the Statewide Substance Use Disorder Manager for the Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC). His role in the Department is to administrate all of the substance use disorder treatment programs in the VADOC's 43 probation districts, 5 Community Corrections Alternative Programs, and 39 prisons.  

        In this capacity, he is co-chair of the Executive Order 26 committee: working to stop Fentanyl overdoses in Virginia's prisons and communities.  As the VADOC continues to offer evidence-based programs for those struggling with addiction, at all levels of care, he works with diverse stakeholders around the Commonwealth to promote culture of healing and recovery among justice involved citizens and those who serve them. 
       Holding master’s degrees in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and in Contemplative Education from Naropa University, Allen has dedicated the past 13 years to the field of addiction treatment, both in inpatient and outpatient settings.  This includes serving as the Program Director for the Harrisonburg Treatment Center from 2018 - 2024. Leveraging his extensive skill set and experiences, Allen strives to help clients to heal, organizations to grow, and communities to thrive at the highest level possible.
