ZERO Prostate Cancer
ZERO Prostate Cancer is the leading national nonprofit dedicated to ending prostate cancer and supporting men and families through awareness, research, advocacy, and patient support. Dr. Richmond Hill, a prostate cancer survivor and founder of the fundraising team Hill’s Heroes, partners with ZERO to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and provide hope and resources for those affected by the disease.
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Prince William
NAMI Prince William is the local affiliate of National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI provides free mental health awareness programs/presentations, in-depth education, support and advocacy for persons living with a mental health condition and their friends and family.
Also, the Department of Community Services (CS) will be speaking about their Suicide Prevention Awareness programs. Both NAMI and CS work collaboratively on numerous efforts to improve mental health services in Greater Prince William County (GPW).
