Complete Your Forms
- You’ll receive forms via email or SMS. Please complete them prior to the event.
Show Up & Get Checked
- Arrive on event day—no fasting required, unless you plan to add an A1C lab.
Lab Processing & Follow-Up
- Labs will be drawn onsite and transported to our in-house lab.
After your draw, we’ll schedule a free, in-person consultation to review your results with our Men’s Health Clinicians at Gameday Men’s Health Gainesville.
