Join the Men’s Wellness Committee for an important conversation in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month as we explore burnout, stress, and the impact mental health has on our daily lives, leadership, relationships, and overall well-being.
This discussion will create space for honest dialogue around what burnout actually looks like in real life — from emotional exhaustion and overwhelm to the pressure many men feel to continuously perform, provide, and push through. Together, we’ll discuss how burnout can show up at work, at home, in business, and within leadership roles, often long before people recognize the signs.
Attendees will also hear from National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), who will provide insight into the connection between burnout and mental health, along with practical tools and healthy coping strategies to support emotional wellness and resilience.
This session is designed to encourage reflection, conversation, and connection in a supportive environment where participants can walk away with greater awareness and actionable ways to care for their mental health.
Thank you to our sponsor, Gameday Men's Health and Park City Dreamers!
