Executive Director

             Francis is the Executive Director of the National Veterans Parade Foundation. This Non-Profit was tasked with producing the First Ever National Parade for the Men and Women who have served in the Armed Forces. 

       Entering the third year, the Foundation provides the funding, permitting, and entire production expenses incurred by the District of Columbia, the National Park Service, production expenses, and the various government agencies involved in the Parade, as well as the National Field Show on the National Mall on the Veterans National Holiday Weekend in Washington, DC.

PWC Community Engagement

       The Prince William County Police Department’s Community Engagement Section fosters partnerships within the community through outreach, education, crime prevention programs, and security assessments to enhance public safety and quality of life for community members.
