Wilson Lee, Deputy Director/Chief of Staff at Young Marines
While many people have heard of PTSD, fewer are familiar with moral injury, the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual impact that can occur when someone experiences, witnesses, or is unable to prevent events that conflict with their deeply held values and beliefs. Moral injury can affect veterans, active-duty military, first responders, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and others who serve in challenging environments.
Join us as we explore why understanding moral injury matters, how it impacts individuals and families, and how Willing Warriors can play a role in supporting healing and connection.
