Ms. Tonya Golden brings over 25 years of experience in homeless to her role as Acting Assistant Director, a position she has held since February 2024. She is highly skilled in program management, problem-solving, and policy development, which have been instrumental in driving impactful initiatives within the organization. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling, equipping her with a strong foundation to address the complexities of homelessness effectively. Her unwavering dedication to this critical issue continues to enhance our efforts to prevent homelessness and advance our overarching goal of ending it altogether.
Dana Carey

Senior Business Services Administrator (CoC Lead)
Ms. Dana Carey is a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in program management, finance, contracts, grants, and policy development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Public Administration. As the Senior Business Services Administrator and CoC Lead for the Prince William Area Continuum of Care (PWA CoC), which encompasses Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, Ms. Carey plays a pivotal role in promoting a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness. The PWA CoC is dedicated to quickly re-housing homeless households to minimize trauma and disruption while enhancing access to mainstream programs and optimizing self-sufficiency for those experiencing homelessness.
