Nonprofits always start with a need or program in mind and the focus stays on the mission (rightly so), but if we don't spend some time on the operational aspects, the nonprofit won't be sustainable and continue to fill the important need it was created for. We don't always love to talk about the governance, financial, development or Human Resources aspects (It's just not the "fun" stuff driving impact) and many nonprofits are barely getting by as they learn even the basics. But this is the foundation of sustainability and if the foundation breaks, your mission and programs could break too! Join us for a short presentation and a follow up discussion around nonprofit sustainability. **In person participation is highly encouraged as networking is essential for nonprofit learning and growth.
