IDI’s newest luxury multifamily building, Viridium, is nearing completion in Prince William County, Va. The riverfront apartment community, which will have 318 units in a five-story building, will provide a full range of recreational and social amenities. Slated to welcome its first residents in November 2022, Viridium completes IDI’s development of the Rivergate site on the shores of the Occoquan River in Woodbridge.  The first building of 402 luxury apartments, Rivergate North, was completed in May 2018 and fully leased in 2019. 

Located by the Occoquan Harbour Marina, Viridium’s appeal also comes from its clean architecture, vibrant streetscapes, and best-in-class amenities. The building features jr. one-, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with amenities that include a club room, health and fitness center, resort-inspired outdoor pool with sundeck, roof terrace, dog park and more.
