Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger, City of Manassas
As the Mayor of Manassas City, Michelle Davis-Younger has focused on promoting inclusive growth and sustainable development. Her administration is characterized by a collaborative approach that seeks to involve all community sectors in decision-making. She has strongly advocated for innovative initiatives that enhance the quality of life for all residents, ensuring that the city's growth benefits everyone. She has served the City of Manassas as Mayor for 4 years, and for two years prior to that, she served on City Council. She won re-election to her 2nd term on November 5, 2024. Now serving as the only woman and person of color to serve 2 terms as Mayor of the City of Manassas.
Luke Frazza-Dulles Area Transportation Association (DATA)
Luke Frazza is a Program Outreach Manager at the Dulles Area Transportation Association (DATA). He joined DATA in 2020 after six years in the private sector. Before that he was an international photojournalist and member of the White House Press Corp for 23 years.
Luke is involved with numerous Mobility-for-All projects that DATA is a part of. He works with many nonprofits including veteran service organizations and spearheads DATA’s Veterans Connect volunteer driver recruitment program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he also managed a grant that partnered with the Northern Virginia Veterans Association to deliver no-cost taxi rides for elderly and disabled veterans to healthcare appointments project. That program delivered more than 1,600 rides in 14 months, until the Federal funding was exhausted. Luke, the rest of the DATA team, and their many partners, are working to stem the growing veteran transportation crisis.
