Parisa Fetherson

Branch Director, Personal and Professional Development Programs, MCB Quantico

Parisa is a native of Baltimore MD and is a retired U.S. Marine Sergeant Major who served 26 years on active duty. She holds a BS degree in Social Psychology, a MS degree in Education, and is a Certified Career Management Coach. After retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps, Mrs. Fetherson worked at the USMC Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office, as a Victim Advocate Training Specialist and subsequently worked as an Education and Career Specialist, at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Education Center. 

As Branch Director, Personal and Professional Development Programs, MCB Quantico, she oversees programs and services that enhance the personal and professional readiness of service members and their families. Programs include Transition Readiness, Voluntary/Higher Education, Personal Finance, Relocation Assistance, Family Member Employment, Family Readiness, and Volunteer Coordination. These programs provide resources and tools that assists service members and their families with navigating the military lifestyle as well as enable their operational readiness.
