Christina Winn leads the Prince William County Department of Economic Development and Tourism, catalyzing investment, retention, and redevelopment opportunities while enhancing visitor experiences in the second largest county in Virginia.

Previously, she directed Arlington, Virginia’s business investment group, securing 200 companies, 14 million square feet of office space, and 86,000 jobs, with Amazon’s HQ2 as a highlight. She serves as the past-president for the Virginia Economic Developers Association (VEDA), and she was named to the Washington Business Journal’s 2022 class of Women Who Mean Business.

She earned her master’s degree in real estate development from Johns Hopkins University and her bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University.
