Overview: Leadership journeys do not always start out with a plan. Sometimes your “life” journey leads you to places you never thought you would go or to positions you never imagined you would have. If you do not want to rely on luck or chance, you have to “catch” opportunity as it is rushing past. You have to be open-minded, flexible and adaptable. You must also have passion & purpose to keep you focused when others try to knock you down!
