Gayle Whitlock has been a cornerstone of Whitlock Wealth since 2001, playing a central role in shaping the practice’s culture, operational strength, and long-term stability. As Human Resources Manager and Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the financial integrity of the business while guiding the systems and people that support the client experience.

Gayle is responsible for financial reporting, compliance infrastructure, and operational alignment, ensuring the business runs with clarity and discipline. Through her leadership, she fosters a workplace rooted in trust, accountability, and shared purpose—where growth is intentional and culture remains a priority.

Her impact extends beyond the practice’s internal operations. In 2003, Gayle played a critical role in launching Platinum Service Solutions LLC, helping expand the team and build the foundation for scalable growth. She approaches every decision with a long-term mindset, balancing progress with the consistency clients and colleagues rely on.

Deeply committed to the community, Gayle has served on several boards throughout Prince William County, including the Potomac Health Foundation and the Hylton Performing Arts Center. She also dedicated years of leadership to the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, where she held multiple roles and ultimately served as chair.

Gayle’s steady leadership continues to influence how Whitlock Wealth shows up—for its clients, its team, and the community it serves.
