Mobile Fleet Technician

Heavy Duty Diesel  Mechanic/Technician (B or A tech preferred, but will consider C level experience on case by case basis). Skillful Automotive Technicians looking to expand into Diesel engines, particularly the heavy duty commercial would be considered. Clean Driving Record and Driver's license required. CDL B or A desired, but not required. Candidates should thrive in independence/accountability as they are usually out solo problem solving and dealing with customer needs with reach back as needed. 

K&L Auto and Diesel Repairs is based out of Manassas, VA and do repairs onsite for businesses (B2B) needs which requires applicants to be able to communicate with customers and be professional. Company would provide basic tools needed to go along with an assigned vehicle for a candidate's personal own Tools. The ideal candidate possess skills in both automotive and diesel engines, large and small with ability to diagnose using experience and laptop computer to fullest to get vehicles operating back to customer needs. Candidate would be experienced with Air brakes, electrical, fuel systems, large tires, and some hydraulics. Candidates should speak English. Candidates need to be able to work in outdoor elements and be able to be physically mobile and lift 50lbs.  Company supports a variety of makes but not limited to Ford, Dodge, GMC, Freightliner, Mack/Volvo, Peterbilt, Isuzu, International, Kenworth and much more.
