Qualified Candidate Should Have:

• At least 1 year experience in all types of repairs
• Additional experience in metal, rubber, cedar shakes, siding, etc. is preferred
• Must be able to complete siding related repairs
• Prior residential service experience, including troubleshooting, inspections, and diagnosing leaks and providing estimates
• Honest, dependable, flexible, and have a good work ethic
• Must be self-disciplined, organized, and able to work without supervision
• Must have good communication skills and a friendly attitude to work with customers
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
