     Alfranda “Al” Durr is the CEO and President of ALD & Associates LLC, a leading human capital advisory group that focuses on leadership development, organizational improvement, and workforce solutions. A proud member of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce since 2021, Al and his company have earned three Chamber Business Awards: People’s Choice (2023), Small Business 1–10 Category (2024), and Veteran-Owned Business of the Year (2025).

     A retired Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of service in the Army National Guard, Al has substantial experience in management, human resources, and leadership development across public and private sectors.
